Respect

Ladies and gentalmen I am not going to be funny today or tell an amusing story that has happened to me during my time in college. As many of you know I worked with the Colorado Springs police department. Today at about 11 o'clock this morning one of the Officers with the Colorado Springs Police department was shot and killed. Now I personally did not know this officer but fell that as a person who writes a blog should let you know that these men and women go out on the streets every day and risk their lives to keep you safe. so the next time you get pulled over or have any contacted with the police negative or posititve please thank them for there hard work and risking there lives for us. Just Remember that police are there for you and They put themselves in harms way.

Opening Cermony

OK So I watched the Cermony last night and I found something out. They where long too long. All i wanted to see was the US walk in and the tourch to get lit. However there where things that where very cool about the opening. If you watched them you saw the Gaint Skier who made that huge jump and you also the Peace Dover. how ever I just think that they just took to long and was really hard to understand.

Any way later

Major Mistake

OK guys and Gals you might get a kick outa this one. I was sitting in my Socioligy Class listening to a person who might be about four Cheese Burgers short of a happy meal. Any way She is talking about poverty in the USA and She looks a one of the many native American kids in the Class and says "You know what I am talking about" And he looks back up at her and Say " I have not a clue what you are talking about lady I grew up in Miami and My dad is a Doctor" and Got up and walked out of the class. This might be the funniest thing I have ever seen in my life.

That Happened about todays ago. Today My teacher came in and had to issue and appoligy in front of the whole class. we all laughed but she did not think it was funny at all.

Thought you guys would like to see how people who are trained not to judge still stereotype people.

I thought you guys might want to see one of the pics form a Police training trip I went on this summer in Honolulu HI.
